Edward H. Koehler, Jr. has spent his career assisting technology and life science companies. He currently serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and director of a specialty pharmaceuticals company. Prior to this role, he spent 25 years in investment banking and founded a boutique investment firm focused on strategic financial guidance.
Ed earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical and biomedical engineering from Rice University, followed by an MBA in marketing and finance from Harvard Business School. His commitment to community leadership includes service on the Board of Trustees of the Houston Ballet, the Governing Council of the Shepherd Society at the Shepherd School of Music, and the Board of Mental Health America, Greater Houston.
