Candy Stansbury is an experienced educator, leader, and advocate with 30 years of service in special education. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, combining her strengths in creativity, leadership, and education to serve students, families, and communities.

Throughout her career, Candy has devoted herself to creating inclusive learning environments and supporting students with diverse needs. As a special education teacher and team leader, she has provided instructional leadership, mentored educators and paraprofessionals, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and advocated for families navigating special education services.

Candy brings extensive experience in program development, communication, leadership, and family advocacy to her role as a nonprofit board member. She is passionate about expanding opportunities, strengthening resources, building meaningful partnerships, and helping organizations create lasting positive impacts within their communities.
